We accept paypal as our primary payment method. We expect payment within 3 days of purchase, after which point we will contact you and consider relisting.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Most pre-made items will be shipped the next working day, so you have between 12-24 hours to contact us. Custom items may take slightly longer (this will be detailed in the item description) and you therefore may have 24hours to cancel the order before shipping.

We use royal mail for all UK and european deliveries. In order to provide the best possible shipping service, we regularly review what options are best for international deliveries, and change our prices accordingly. We don't want to make a profit from postage costs, so we try to review all our prices as often as possible to prevent this.

If you wish your item to be shipped by a particular company, class, deadline or under a particular insurance policy, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs, and provide a custom listing.

Local Pickup is available for Edinburgh Residents, making your delivery costs FREE. Contact us prior to purchase to arrange a date and time.

Please be aware that Christmas Shipping deadlines exist in Royal Mail. To guarantee that your parcel arrives before Christmas please place your order in good time. Post sent after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, but is at risk of a post-Christmas arrival.
